Have the pharmacist process your insurance to be sure.

Be sure to bring your card each time you go to the pharmacy to fill a TRIAZ Foaming Cloths prescription.
Your card is good for savings on up to 3 prescription fills or until the program expires (whichever comes first).

Your doctor has prescribed TRIAZ Foaming Cloths.
Accept no substitutes from your pharmacist.
